HOW IT STARTED

5280 Exteriors began in 2006 shortly after we graduated from Colorado State University. Like many small businesses, it started with a simple idea: work hard, do things the right way, and take great care of the people who trust you with their homes.

In the early days, we did the work ourselves. Installing windows, siding, and trim on homes throughout the Denver area gave us a firsthand understanding of what it takes to do exterior remodeling the right way. Those experiences shaped how we built this company and the standards we still hold today.

As the years passed, the company grew, but the core values never changed. We’ve built our team around people who care about craftsmanship, attention to detail, and treating customers with honesty and respect. Many of the processes and expectations we follow today come directly from those early days when we were learning every part of the job ourselves.

5280 Exteriors has grown into an incredible team of talented people, but we’ve always tried to keep the same small-company mindset: take pride in the work, communicate clearly, and stand behind what we build.
